Does Bokashi take a cut of my bookings?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee and we take 0 % of bookings and deposits. Only the usual Stripe payment fees apply.

How do deposits work?

You connect your own Stripe account. Clients pay via link and the money goes straight to you – Bokashi never holds it.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Frankfurt (EU). Your clients' health information is additionally encrypted and visible only to you and the assigned artist.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. You can try Bokashi free for 30 days and decide afterwards whether to choose a plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. After cancelling, your data stays readable and exportable.

Which languages does Bokashi support?

German, English, French and Italian – for you in the dashboard and for your clients on the booking page.
